These terms cover your use of this website and cleaning services provided by Ocean Cleaning Service LLC (“Ocean Cleaning Service,” “we”). By using the site or booking a cleaning, you agree to them.
2. Service Area
We provide cleaning services in Spokane County, WA. Whether we can take on a specific job depends on its location and scope, which we confirm before booking.
3. Quotes And Scope
We don't publish a price list. Each job is quoted after you describe the space and the service you need. A quote covers the work we agree on with you, set out as the cleaning checklist for that job.
Work outside the agreed checklist isn't included unless we agree to it beforehand.
4. Using This Website
Information on this site describes our services in general terms and may change. The online quote form does not currently send requests; please call, text or email us to request a quote.

5. Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If something on the agreed cleaning checklist was missed, let us know within 24 hours, and we'll review the concern and arrange a reasonable resolution.
